Bed Rest Relaxation Session
Duration: 1 Hour
Guided relaxation and visualization exercises, accompanied by safe aromatherapy and relaxing massage create a holistic and healthy experience for
mamas on bed rest. The mind, body, and "to do list" must rest! This service can be done in your home or the hospital.

We will run your usual errands, like getting groceries for your home, dropping off and picking up dry cleaning, going to
the post office.

We know your time together is hard to come by, and this is when you need your loved ones support the most.
- Arrange childcare for your other children
- Schedule an alternative holistic practitioner to come to you at home or in the hospital, such as a Reflexologist, Aromatherapist, Massage Practitioner, etc.
- Aestheticians to come to you to do manicures, pedicures, facials, body wraps and scrubs--services to pamper you
