Moms-to-be, bring your partner to the NEW Just Like Labour™ class and experience an intense ice labour simulation together! This realistic labour
experience is a fun and unforgettable way of preparing for childbirth. Whether you are pregnant with your first child or fourth, this class is a
necessary addition to your regular childbirth education series, or the perfect refresher for experienced parents. This class is held on one evening for
two hours to accomodate your busy schedule. Bring your labour room companions so they can discover how best to support you when you need it the most.
Hospitals in London still enforce the limit of two support people with you during labour, so we recommend bringing those two people with you to this
class, especially if you are not having the support of a doula. If you have planned a homebirth, you don't need to worry about support people restrictions of course!
You and your partners will learn the best "tried and true" techniques, labour positions, and comfort measures in a safe environment.
Preparing for childbirth is both empowering and important. Join us for the experience!

Cost: $47 for mom-to-be and one partner, $10 extra for an additional partner
Please Bring With You To Class:
Pen and notebook (Handouts will be provided but you may want to take additional notes)
Thick blanket or sleeping bag (We'll be on a hardwood floor and need to protect knees, hips, etc. in some positions!)
Two bed pillows, standard or king size is fine
Wear comfortable clothing, such as yoga pants, sweats, pajama pants (Please, no dresses or skirts!)

How To Register
Advance payment and registration reserves your spot in our class. Payments are accepted online via credit card or PayPal, and by cheque or money order
through the mail. After you complete our online registration, we will contact you to arrange payment to ensure your spot is held.
Refund Policy for Classes
Cancellations MUST be made at least 48 hours prior to the day of class for a full refund. A $10 cancellation fee will be
deducted from the refund if the cancellation is within 48 hours of the scheduled class.
