Build Your Own MamaAssist Services Package

We've always had our client's best interests at heart. Now, we've created a flexible package builder so you can bundle MamaAssist services and save!

We realize everyone has different needs, so if you want more support during your pregnancy, you can now choose more prenatal visits in your doula services package, or if you don't want something that is included in one of our standard packages, you can build your own without it. It's up to you!

To begin building your package, check the boxes next to the services you desire and click Calculate at the bottom. When you're satisfied with your package, click Continue and fill out the contact form. We'll contact you to start setting things up soon after! Please note you must select at least 3 services to bundle.

		Bed Rest Relaxation Session (1 Hour)
		A service unique to MamaAssist, providing relaxation techniques for women with complicated pregnancies who may be on bed rest.
		Prenatal Visit (1 Hour)
		These visits can be used during pregnancy for support, education, birth preparation, comfort measures or whatever else you may need.
		Birth Preferences Consultation (2 Hour Session)
		A MamaAssist Doula will help you explore your options for birth in London and assist you with creating a concise preference sheet to give to your care providers. A great Q&A session for those with many unanswered questions about labour and birth.
		Belly Casting Session (Standard)
		Bundle a belly cast into your other services and save $15! Standard breasts and belly only, larger casts are subject to an additional fee. See our Belly Casting Page for full details on this service.
		Getting Labour Started Session
		During this session we'll use guided relaxation, massage, accupressure, aromatherapy and positioning to help you into your most relaxed state, which can help labour to start. Must be on or after your due date.
		Just Labour & Birth Support
		This includes 1 prenatal meeting, on-call 24/7 for labour, attendance throughout birth until 2 hours postpartum.
		Photo Slideshow DVD Creation
		Photos and video clips taken during your labour and birth, and your baby's first moments are put to music in a beautiful slideshow on a DVD for you and your family to cherish.
		Postpartum Visit (1 Hour)
		Most of the attention is now on baby, but how are you feeling? These visits are included in our doula packages, and can now be purchased individually. We'll help you process your birth experience, provide advice and support with baby care, sleep issues, and more.
		Postpartum Overnight (7 Hours)

MamaAssist London provides the following services:
Birth Doula in London, Ontario, Postpartum Doula Services, Bellycasting in your home or at Dream Catcher Photography Studio in London, Ontario, and Earth Mama Angel Baby Organic Products.

Doulas provide childbirth preparation, prenatal education and continuous support during the last weeks of pregnancy, during labour at a birthing mother's home or in the hospital. MamaAssist supports births at St. Joseph's Hospital (SJHC) and London Health Science Centre (LHSC) Victoria Campus.
