MamaAssist allows a payment schedule that is different than our standard contract, allowing more payments stretched out over a slightly longer amount of time for our Standard LabourAssist Package.
Alternatively, for low-income families or single mothers, we offer an income-based sliding scale for our Standard LabourAssist Package, based on proof of income. At this time, the standard LabourAssist
package is the only package where sliding scale pricing is available. Questions?

| Income Guidelines for Sliding Scale Pricing |
MamaAssist has a slightly modified version of the Standard LabourAssist Package
to better accomodate the sliding scale pricing. The total fee below must be paid on normal contract terms, which is half of the
total fee be paid at the contract signing, and the remainder half paid at the postpartum visit. To be eligible
for the sliding scale pricing, proof of income will be required at time of contract signing.

2 Prenatal Visits (approx. 1-2 hours each)
On-call for labour 24 hours per day
Full labour & birth support in home or hospital
1 Postpartum Visit (approx. 1-2 hours)
